{UAH} Karambi sub-county Kasese district

Karambi sub-county Kasese district lies afew miles from Mpondwe and Kisindi (in DRC.) Just at the boarder. It suffered heavily when ADF attacked from DRC in the mid or late 90's and almost never recovered.

It's a your typical pizant village .But see what they came up with. It was a carnival style festival that Ssabalwanyi calls a joke or comic. I doubt these are even registered voters
