He is so litigation-al that we knew he wouldn't give up just like that although returns nearly make his interest perfunctory. I.5% or less.
Certainly some lawyers are committed on sucking him to the marrow and that's a good thing for their undertaker's career since he is one of them. Court will turn this on its head.
