{UAH} MESSAGE FROM MUHIIRE NATHAN ABOUT RIGGING

IEC HAS NO EXPLANATION! IEC sent 657 voter location slips to Rukiga Primary School Polling station yet the official register from IEC has 644 as the total figure. More so the person in photo died. This in info. was given to me by Rev. Father Gaetano Batanyenda in person. We have since contacted IEC who have no explanation! Suppose IEC added on 13 people on every polling station and the added people voted for a particular candidate wouldn't it dramatically change the outcome of the 18th Feb 2016? This is not a joking subject! District: 09 Kabale Constituency: 049 Rukiga Sub-County: 13 Kashambya Parish: 15 Kitanga Polling Station: 01 Rukiga Polling Station
