Total number of minutes used will be 5916 (5,900 for Museveni & 16 Besigye)

Convert 5,916 minutes into hours by dividing by 60 & and you will get 98.6 hours.

BUT IF YOU VOTED YOU ARE ALREADY AWARE THAT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ONE TO USE 1 MINUTE TO CAST THEIR VOTES, SOME PEOPLE TOOK UPTO 10MINUTES.

I will just assume that a day in NAKASONGOLA has more than 24 hours, it's the only logical explanation.
