{UAH} Ocen, Kipenji//A neurologist tries to "decode" Ted Cruz's face - boredom meets a suspect!

Folks;

This neurologist, obviously, has a lot of time on his hands. 

But, why is he applying phrenology, which was discarded nearly 100 years ago for lack of scientific value?

Proponents of phrenology insisted that you can tell the character of a person by the size or shape of his head, his ears or nose. Later, when tattoos became popular, phrenologists included body markings/piercings as another indicator of one's character!

I think Sen. Cruz is a master cajoler, and that's why portrays himself as just another member of every segment of the voters that he woos.
