Your Excellency,

The people have kindly spoken. And constitutionalism declares that Uganda is ruled BY THE PEOPLES CHOICE.
Why blackmail them today with the word "peace"?
I therefore call on you to humbly and peacefully vacate State House.
President-elect, His Excellency Dr. Kizza Kifefe Besigye, together with his team, are already prepared to embark on their publicly promised tasks and awaiting national duties.
Honestly speaking, your time is up.
