{UAH} Otafiire in stitches over Mbabazi's 1.5%

Nsuna nkusune games of bush cockerels: Bwana Otafiire can't help but scratch Mbabazi's back upon his sterling performance at the polls. Recall Mbabazi mocking him in Ruhinda when he applauded the people there thus: "mpurire ngu Kahinda mukamuhonda. (i heard that you hammered Kahinda) Ooooh!"

These guys were great chums before i was born.
