{UAH} Record Dates Umeme does not service you

Last year there are months when there was more power outage days than power! What I can't understand is how for all the time I have been here Umeme is still doing the same thing "upgrading their system!".

I am trying to record dates per hour when Umeme is not offering me services. I did it last year and I am doing it this year to get a clear picture of how much I loose and how much umeme probably gains in not servicing me.
