{UAH} Rubaga North MP arrested for pointing out election irregularities

Lubaga North Member of parliament elect Moses Kasibante was briefly detained at Old Kampala police on Wednesday afternoon. Kasibante's arrest followed a scuffle at Stream life church polling station Lungujja - Mengo when Kasibante and Mukono Municipality MP-elect Betty Bakireke Nambooze unearthed declaration forms already signed by polling agents and electoral commission officials. Police later released Kasibante without any charge but the errant polling agents were not arrested.
