{UAH} So why should one even petition the supreme court?
The constitutional court dismisses a petition filed by Dr Kiiza Besigye in which he challenged article 59(6(a) of the presidential elections act which says that a petitioner seeking to overturn results of a presidential election should prove that malpractices sighted or failure to comply with election laws substantially affected the outcome of a presidential election.
So why should one even petition the supreme court?
