{UAH} Someone might know someone that knows...

'My name is Muvanga Alina Joevna. I was born on March 5, 1978 in Frunze (now Bishkek), Kirghizia (now Kyrgyzstan). I am searching my father Muwanga Joe Bosco (Muvanga Djoi Bosko); however, there might be a slight difference in spelling. He was born on July 27, 1952 and is a citizen of Uganda. In 1977 he came to Frunze (Bishkek), Kirghizia (Kyrgyzstan) to study. My father studied in Military Air Force Professional School and was trained to become a pilot-technician. Then here he met my mother, Irina Vlasova Mikhailovna. And in 1978 my mother gave a birth to me.

In 1980 (or 1981), my father moved to Uganda (or Kenya). He kept in touch for some time with my mother.

On my father's relatives:

According to my mother, my uncle was Paulo Muwanga, an active Ugandian official. My father's sister married a French ambassador and moved to France. Later, she took my father to France and he lived there for some time.
My uncle was an ambassador of Uganda to Kenya.

This is all I know about my relatives.

I hope you will help find my father.
