{UAH} UBC's Owana offers one-month salary to whistleblower

Lt. Col. Tony Owana, of UBC, has offered the whole of his month's pay to whoever can come up with evidenced information revealing that any of the Presidential candidates approached the national broadcaster (UBC) only to be shunned and turned away. The allegation contained therein has been making rounds since before campaigns.

The choleric Owana made this announcement yesterday while speaking to a few selected persons in his network on phone. The appeal goes out to the camps of the various candidates i.e Museveni, Besigye, Mbabazi, Bwanika, Kyalya, Mabirizi, Biraaro, Baryamureba.

As commisioner of this post, i am requiring the "donor" to hand over the currency for safe custody to ensure no side reneges on its obligation.
