{UAH} update on lawsuit

Several people have been asking me for an update on the UNAA lawsuit and I promised to "tell you soon" but I have been a bit too busy...the beginning of the year and end of financial quarters are always tough in my line of work:

JUDGMENT ON PLEADINGS

1. Petitioners' motion for judgment on Respondents' counterclaim for malicious prosecution: ALLOWED

2. Respondents' motion for judgment on Respondents' counterclaim for malicious prosecution: DENIED

3. Petitioners' motion for judgment on Respondents' counterclaim for intentional interference in business relations: DENIED

4. Respondents' motion for judgment on counterclaim for intentional interference in business relations : DENIED

5. Petitioners' motion for judgment on validity of 2010 constitution: DENIED

6. Respondents' motion for judgment on validity of 2010 constitution: DENIED

7. Petitioners' motion for judgment on power to call a special meeting: DENIED

SUPPLEMENT THE PETITION
