{UAH} Wakiso, Kampala in Voting Chaos!

It is exactly the same pattern worse than corruption!

Any government present or coming one has an uphill struggle.  Imagine many polling stations in Kampala have not received voting material not until 3.00 p..m. (15.00) local time just an hour to closing the voting.

 

This is nothing else but some mechanication - and indeed some chaos has been caused as a result!

Now if that can happen how can you as a excutive,  cabinet or anybody develop country like ours?.

It is terrible!
