{UAH} WBK: Does Parliament Seats reflect the Presidential Vote

More focus is on the president elect

Does Parliament Seats reflect the Presidential Vote or it is proximate to what people do not really think? Ideology....

Can we also look at how people voted for parliamentary seats MAYBE that can offer  a window ( to understand the social psychology) at how the ruling NRM, FDC, DP, UPC etc., faired hence whether the elections were fair.

I undersatand the problem - since there is FDC-DP-GO-Forward or NRM -UPC-FDC

Does parliamentary seat reflect people's vote for the president?
