CONSIDERING THE PARLIAMENTARY MANDATE POSITION, I BELIEVE THIS IS A GOOD DECISION.

The NRM has majority seats so, they don't need no coalition governing.

Ironically, it is also good for the opposition and the people of Uganda come next election(2021). This is particularly so, because they shall be judged accordingly. But, this entails that the opposition really engeges in real legislation work.
