{UAH} KYANKWANZI SEGREGATION/DISCRIMINATION

The National Leadership Institute Kyankwanzi (NALI) is a duely registered state institution at the same grade as a university. It is therefore discriminatory/illegal for it to organize, consult, facilitate, train and coach exclusively one political party, and the military officers serving there are also therefore involved in partisan politics, right?
The Uganda Peoples Defence Forces can therefore be clearly seen here to serve strictly the Commander in Chief and his interests. Owing to its personalized nepotist command chain, UPDF thereby remains a rebel outfit/armed group 30 years on. An ideological deficiency that has made it fail to transform into a genuine, professional national army that serves the country and all it's citizens at all times.
