Whether u like it or not Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has made history by ruling Uganda for a record 30 years now he is on his 31st year.

He has officially won his elections.There is no record showing he won  by shooting people.

He gives out sacks of cash whereby you cannot accuse him of intimidating voters.
