NRM Loses all mayor seats in Kampala
The ruling NRM party has lost all seats in the Kampala Division mayoral race. According to the results of the elections held on Wednesday, Charles Musoke Sserunjogi (DP leaning Independent) took Kampala Central. Emmanuel Sserunjogi (opposition leaning Independent) took the Kawempe Division seat; Ali Kasirye Nganda (DP) took Makindye while Joyce Juliet Nabbosa Ssebuggwawo (FDC) retained her seat in Rubaga. An independent, Eng. Ronald Balimwezo (opposition leaning Independent) won Nakawa Division.
Meanwhile, Mulindwa muwonge has said that Katikiro of buganda is more famous than Kiizza besigye. And says NRM never rigged elections , that delaying election materials in Kampala was stage managed by the opposition
