{UAH} Remember Afande Kirumira of Nansana? He is the New Old Kampala DPC

Former Office in charge of Nansana police station Muhammed Kirumira has been appointed as the new District police commander at Old Kampala police station.

Kirumira was thrown out of Nansana under controversial circumstances and suspended.

However his fortunes turned around when he was sent to Kimaka for officer training and has been on the rise ever since he returned.
Kirumira is known for his unconventional policing ways and his wide knowledge of Kampala's thieving guns and has always found a way to stop them.
