This young Lawyer started small but finished his deliberations a big Ugandan Hero.

He challenged court to compel the electoral commission to bring what court needs to determine the case not only what the petitioner has presented and highlighted clearly that the constitution gives court the power to inquiry not just trial. Very important aspect.

He had fact of law, gained tremendous confidence after ten Minutes, he must have prepared for this particularly section for more than two years I believe.

Counsel Jude Byamukama: If the winner got the required majority after law is abused, numbers become irrelevant.

Honestly the issue of 60% versus 1.4% or any other percentage was trashed by the young learned friend I felt like crying those tears of joy, when he submitted that obtaining it as a result abuse of law simply nullifies the results without necessarily going into how much you obtained.

Byamukama says past Supreme Court rulings set a nearly impossible-to-meet and restrictive test .

Mbabazi is determined to give Ugandans the opportunity, I would love to see Muwema and the background learned friends also come in if possible the petitioner himself.

In my view its the supreme court judges against Ugandans this time, opposition is coming from judges but remember its law and facts in the law they must decide on. And this time we shall know who decided on what and why.
