{UAH} What strategy does Buganda has to avoid and/or confront armed conflict

A'Baganda be warned - Buganda is not safe. Post widely

The first priority is to avoid war by all means and does Buganda have a strategy of doing that? The answer is NO!

Who is telling Baganda what to do in case of an armed conflict? What was destroyed in Luwero Triangle: property, lives and history will never be rebuilt. For continuity, Buganda must have the capability to avoid an armed conflict in the Kingdom. The issue of Kakoza Mutale is not a mad idea!

The second priority should be to confront those who want to involve Buganda into their armed conflicts as enemies of the Kingdom– how does Buganda react to that scenario and as history has shown can evolve rapidly. Every Buganda Ssaza and Muluka must have a ready leader (peace scouts) able to mobilise Baganda, to fight off war and maintain peace, based on the Swiss or Swedish military alertness.

This region is still swiming in primitive essemblies and the specter of war is ever looming.

*Buganda can make a change by being very clear and forthright on peace and war alike.

Thirdly Buganda must have a united front in time of peace and war as well, articulated and communicated to the population within Buganda should there be need on how to react in all circumstances - peace or war. Don't leave people to organise when war has broken out it might be too late!

People who hate Buganda and want to destroy it are within Buganda!
