{UAH} Annan to African leaders: your overstay bringing back coups

Folks;

I hope our African "nationalists" will not brand Kofi Annan a western stooge again here. 

I think Mr. Annan is being diplomatic with his warning; I wish he had talked about such dire consequences as justified assassinations, to bring a stop to life-presidencies.
