{UAH} EH! UGANDAN POLITICIANS!

As drunkards look cool by making sober people look boring, Some Ugandans make it seem like they and/or their political gods didn't commit war crimes and genocide in this country.
Enjoying impunity and making it look legitimate, is invaluable to criminal enterprise, right?
