{UAH} Failed spring rains worsen Ethiopia drought, malnutrition spreading

Disaster in Ethiopia. At Addis Ababa, the African Union (AU) sits yet I have not heard any African country pledging some support for the hunger-hit Ethiopia. I hear Canada gave $30.0 million late last year for the same, what about Ethiopia's neighbours, what are they waiting for? Countries in the region could even offer to buy livestock to save the locals; the cows are dying in great numbers to the extent that even hyena's have failed to eat the carcasses. 

The situation is dire.
