{UAH} IT HAS BEEN A VERY SAD DAY

We are taking a moment to recognize the family  of John Ridsdel, a Canadian that has been decapitated today in The Philippine. This ordeal started September 21 2015 when a holiday Inn was attacked at 4am and they took Canadians an American and a Japanese. There has been a ransom request that has been going on, of about 8.5 million dollars Canadian or they will kill them. Today a plastic bag has been secured by Philippine authorities with the head of John Ridsdel. I need to take a moment and say a sentence to Bob Rae that has been a great friend of Ugandans in this city for a very long time, It is very sad that your friend has passed away in this manner, and can you kindly pass our condolences to the family.

 

At this very terrible situation, the best we can do is to pray to the family for strength.
