{UAH} Mr. President - Kampala MUST be overhauled

There are serious technical issues I'll not go in here that requires the government of Uganda to overhaul this city and build afresh.

Technology has changed. Transport system are innovating new transport modes. Environmental issues are not allowing a health public. Kampala is not offering enough jobs besides petty trade. The city largely remains a slum and more slums are being added around in the name of estates though in many ways are totally unplanned.

Kampala is only 25 km from the main airport – and this complicates matters.

The issues afflicting Kampala are 100% - politics must move aside  - Just overhaul Kampala and start afresh – this will create new jobs as well as a new society Uganda can rely on.

Otherwise all efforts by KCCA are going to be water down as the rain and hot climate pound a slum city.
