Alright why all African states have problems with small GDP - taxes.

Low agriculture production? NO!

Sweden has about 10 million people no natural resources - 6 months of winter but almost 60 times richer than Uganda!

 

We need an administrative /governance  system  which is not there as we write now. E.G. NSSF, URA, HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION, TRANSPORT, ENERGY (umeme!), al TELCOMS, HOUSING all work in isolation
