{UAH} Curious

Canada is a very interesting land to learn, understand urbanisation and infrastructure development for the African.

I'll have to come and stay for over six month for two seasons summer and wiinter - to fully understand how such a vast country has managed itself so well.

The system in canada is not quite different from Sweden. The populations are small and both countries are vast in size compared to population size.

What suprise me is the ability of these two counties given to the harsh weather conditions to have all basic infrastrcture in place! It is amazing!

I am a little bit curious – if there are government planners and a government in this country for more than 50 years – is it not possible to see that Uganda can develop its economy if the estates sector was developed well?

If you build massively three room houses of 50 million each and lease these houses to Uganda civil servants at a small commercial rate - how much will the state be making in return each year?

Are we really so dump not to see the attributes of high economic gains by investing in the housing construction sector?

What is the real problem?
