{UAH} Is Mobile Telephony developed as it is claimed?

Majority telecoms in East & Central Africa will've to solve their networks concentration in key cities. Rural areas 've less connectivity
Is mobile telephony technology therefore so highly developed where access obly depends on costly masts distribution? What is the solution?
