{UAH} BREAKING NEWS: Ugandan Government To Permanently Shut Down Facebook

The government of Uganda is contemplating permanently shutting down Social media site Facebook due to gross abuse Wink Fm can authoritatively report.

A source close to cabinet has intimated that government has been in talks with Facebook to censor content it considers dangerous to the stability of the country but Facebook has refused to abide.

We have now reliably been informed that the government has contracted experts from North Korea where Facebook is banned to study the situation in Uganda and make recommendations should the need to permanently block Facebook arise.

The source revealed that while the authority is aware of the presence of Virtual Private Networks popularly called VPN, the Koreans have been tasked to ensure that should the ban be necessary no one will access Facebook.

Government is particularly concerned the social media site could be used to compromise the stability and security of the Nation.
