Court rejects Yoshitha Rajapaksa's request to visit Uganda

The court has rejected a request from Yoshitha Rajapaksa, son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, to visit Uganda.

Mahinda Rajapaksa has been invited for the swearing-in ceremony of Uganda President Yoweri Museveni and Yoshitha Rajapaksa was looking to accompany his father.

However Yoshitha Rajapaksa is under investigation in the CSN fraud case and cannot leave the country. (Colombo Gazette)
