{UAH} Gen.Kagame ahead of Gen.Museveni.

While in Uganda Gen.Museveni can militarilly claim to be the only visionery leader in his own class his  Rwandese counter part Gen.Kagame is internationally credited for leading the country to admiration.Many Ugandans continue to cross to Rwanda for better salaries in numerous employment categories! For my judgement I can only compare the two on the recent fact on Rwanda.

In Rwanda a phone text can save a baby but in Uganda teargas and bullets can kill a baby. In Uganda hired criminals are able to kidnap the people's president Dr.Besigye any time anywhere and Gen.Museveni is silent. In Rwanda ...............? 

Kampala is dirty and Kigali is far ahead of Kampala in that class. Uganda is corrupt and Rwanda has quite strict penal conduct on corruption.
