Grief AS NSSF Female Staff Dies Giving Birth

Grief and shock has ripped through staff members at National Social Security Fund (NSSF) after one of their female staff members Jean Kiconco passed away during childbirth.

Kiconco known by many as social and friendly lost the battle last evening at Case Clinic in Kampala where she died in theater while being operated.

Kiconco who had preferred cesarean section died together with her baby who was her first born.

Her sudden death shocked many of her friends and many in their condolence massages described her as loyal and friendly.

"She had a baby shower last week, today she is gone. Life is very unpredictable. One of my followers Jean Kiconco has passed away while giving birth. Her blood pressure shot up and her pancreas burst. They couldn't save her neither the baby. Rest in Peace," posted Kakensa.

A funeral service will be held today at St. Andrew's Church, Bukoto and thereafter her body will be taken to Rubaare, Ntugamo where she will be laid to rest on Friday.
