{UAH} ICC and "bunch of useless people"

So the ICC was only GOOD when it was investigating Joseph Kony and Dominic Ongwen and the LRA but but became "racists" and "a bunch of useless people" when it started investigating Gen. Museveni and alleged UPDF crimes in DR Congo?
