" We have no money to hold the swearing in ceremonoy of the lord mayor
Erias Lukwago , so we have decided to postpone it until further notice
, after all , government is not on good terms with Lukwago and we
might consider getting a court injunction against Lukwago's mayorship
" !!!!!
