{UAH} Massive unemployment invading Uganda

A doctor from Israel says: "In Israel, the medicine is so advanced that we cut off a man's liver, put them on another man and in 6 weeks, he is looking for work"

The German doctor comments: "That's nothing, in Germany we take part of a brain from one man, put it in another man, and in 4 weeks, he is looking for work"

A Russian doctor says: Russia has you beat, Gentlemen We take out half a heart from one, put it in another's chest, and in 2 weeks, he is looking for work."

The Uganda doctor answers and laughs: "You all are way behind us. In 1986, we took a man from the bush with no brains, no heart and no liver, put him in as President. Now, the whole country is looking for work!!!
