Arresting of pastor Ngabo is anecdotal evidence that the  police and military are now working for the opposition.  It explains the votes for Besigye in the military barracks. Now, they have just turned this "prayer" man into a Desmond Mpilo Tutu!.......Are the spies allocated to follow the praying group producing fake reports now? Kyoka mwe!
