The latest update from Mindanao I have recieved a few minutes ago:
"Melanie Setier
Yes election is over! Duterte is leading with 8,504,816 votes over Poe which is 4,840,644 votes and roxas which garnered 4,668,273 votes as of this time. This is partial and unofficial report"
We wait to see
