Dear Heavenly Father,
The Most Just and Holy God
The God whose Sight reaches to the utmost Limits of the Heavens and the Earth.
Thank you for the Rtd.Col.Dr.Kizza Besigye's Life. Thank you for his close and Distant Family.
Above all, thank you for all Ugandans-those in Power and those not in Power.
My God, the Father of Jesus Christ who is the greatest liberator of all Times, as Ugandans unite behind Dr. Besigye to cherish the Ideals of a free and Democratic Society, on their behalf I ask for forgiveness. Forgive the Perpetrators of their suffering my dear and Merciful Lord.
God, Kizza Besigye and manyUgandans have undertaken a task to liberate themselves from what they rightly feel is oppression and Indignity. This task involves risk and hardships.
As i pray, Dr. Kizza Besigye is in the gaol with Trison Charges staring him in the Face. I pray that you will not abandon him my Precious Lord. Daniel was in the Lion's Den but you never allowed the hand of the Wicked to touch his Life. That's what i ask for your Son Dr. Besigye my Father. His Limbs may from time to time grow weak. I ask that your Spirit in him will produce more Strength to hold those Limbs.
As Dr. Besigye remains Isolated from his Family and People, may you supply an even stronger and supportive family of Angels all around him.
And Finally, I pray for Justice and Wisdom. Justice not only for Dr. Besigye but for all Ugandans in all corners of this Country. Lord, after hearing the suffering and Pain inflicted on your People in Egypt, you sent Moses to the Mighty Pharoh with his near expendable army. You said," Let my People Go". In a couple of weeks, the Bondage was broken. We know that Kizza Besigye cannot break the Bondage of his Country men and women because he is himself bound by Circumstances. But God, we have known you to be a " Bondage breaker". May it be. Amen
