{UAH} Pres. Museveni - SGR is very profitable tourist venture

The Standard Gauge Railway should target between 2-3.5 million people using SGR railway every year once completed.

If every holiday ~2750000 students that  687500 student from each country travel around EAC at 15000 UGx = 41'250'000'000 UGx ($ 12'400'000 US)

This money is made only in two- three month! Then add on freight cargo etc.

Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya & Tanzania should start ONE ROUND RETURN TICKET for each student to tour EAC, Kigali, Dar , Nairobi, Kampala.

SGR in EAC 'll have to engineer internal tourism through discounted tickets, accomodation and this is how Europe has developed her railway investments.

Every summer you find millions of European students on the move on the railways with their sleeping bags touring Europe. The ticket works only on trains and public buses and the ticket last unit the student reaches home again under the gazzeted summer period.
