{UAH} WHY IS CAPT. SANTOS LAPOLO AGREEING WITH GEOGE LUCIMA ABOUT ACHOLI

You know these are times when time just come back always. For it is interesting how everyone has gone after me for raising the problem of Acholi in Uganda, then George Lucima stated that Acholi failed for they spent all their time fighting with each other. Gulu RDC is now also stating that “Leaders within the sub region are locked in fighting one another” Now is Lucima a liar and The RDC is a lair, and EM is a lair too? And that is the problem you will always get when you decide to neglect the facts and  simply become abusive. Why is it only Acholi posted as fighting each other? Why not Alurs? Why not Japs? Hey why not my friends the lazy Bakiga? Is Lucima and The RDC also hating Acholi as EM hates them? But when you read the piece, there is a load of truth in what the Gulu's RDC Capt. Santos Lapolo is saying about Acholi people not being serious and genuine. Plenty of evidence to support this from the highest to the lowest level.

 

Take a look at the following beginning with the highest level in bullet points:

 

• Acholi killed Obote II government (Okello and Okello)
• Acholi due to their weakness killed Okello and Okello government
• Acholi killed UPC (Olara Otunnu and Okello Lucima)
• Acholi ruined Acholiland (Kony and Lakwena)
• Acholi killed their own organization (Kachoke Madit)

At the lowest level in bullet points:

• Dr. Otim Ochan killed Friends of Peace in Africa an organization himself founded
• Peter Gwokto has tried and still trying so hard to turn UAH into a porno site. There is a possibility he may succeed if Uganda's Minister of Ethics leaves him alone.

What I am saying here has nothing to do "mbu" Mulindwa  always put the Acholi people into one room and blames them for this and that. No folks, what I am saying is repeating what two Acholi men have said in public and only this week. Check Okello Lucima's facebook, and you will find what he said about his own people. Folks, if we wait for Acholi people to bring fundamental change we are doomed. We listened and some of us supported them when they were asking the Tanzanians to support their cause to remove Amin from power.

Acholi leaders not focused - Gulu RDC

GULU. Gulu Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Capt Santos Okot Lapolo has labelled Acholi sub-region leaders as ignorant people who have failed to uplift the socio-economic status of the region.
According to Capt Lapolo, the leaders within the sub-region are locked in fighting one another and blaming government for what he called “small things” yet they can improve some of them by themselves.

“Leaders here [in Acholi region] have no common ground, they are always fighting themselves left right, right left.. they don’t know what to tell their people because they are ignorant and lack focus on developmental issues,” Cpt Lapolo said.
The RDC made the remarks at the closure of a one-day multi-stakeholder dialogue on the state of public service delivery in Northern Uganda organised by Action aid Uganda held at Churchill Courts Hotel in Gulu town on Tuesday.
Gulu District Woman MP Betty Aol Ocan, however, told Daily Monitor that the RDC’s remarks were uncalled for given the fact that he turned to abusing leaders from the region. She noted that from her observation, the RDC was defending the NRM party to which he subscribes.
Ms Aol said the RDC should withdraw the statements he made against hardworking Acholi leaders.
