SV: {UAH} Court summons NCHE boss over MP’s papers

I noticed that particular upside down variety of of climbing a tree from the top down with amazement but, still have not captured the reaction from the Court and Court audience.

HOW DID THE COURT REACT?

Hmm, the Court itself is part of the problem?!?!

Those who think lying is cheap and easy should examine this MP- elect's case. If this argument is correctly captured (quoted) it would imply that Ms. Ssekindi her O-Level exams  (1988) before her PLE which she sat in 1994, some 6 years after leaving O-Level. Okay, it might be necessary to get help even in lying!.
