It is thought Rwihura succumbed to heart failure

A spy attached to Internal Security Organisation (ISO) has been found dead, Chimp Corps report.

Dan Rwihura, who had served the intelligence body for many years, is said to have died in his sleep at his farm house in Buremba, Kazo District.

The deceased was a brother of Gen Kahinda Otafiire's departed wife, Winnie Karungi.

He also was the first cousin of the former Western Regional RCC Manager Amos Murisa.

Family members and friends told ChimpReports that Rwihura could have succumbed to heart failure.
