{UAH} Col Dan Opito Odwee Among the 30 soldiers arrested

To my fellow Ugandans:
This is to announce that Col Dan Opito Odwe, the garrison Commander of Uganda Air Force is among the 30 soldiers and officers who has been arrested by the Museveni's government. Col Opito was scheduled to come to the US later this month of June for further training.  We ask anyone who knows where he is being detained to let us know.
