Cissy Namujju

Masaka High Court room was Thursday treated to free drama after Lwengo Woman Member of Parliament elect, Cissy Namujju failed to answer elementary primary school literacy questions.

Her woes started when Asuman Basalirwa, the lawyer representing Martin Kizito Sserwanga, who is challenging Namujju's victory in the February 18 polls tasked the MP during cross-examination in court to give a brief background of her education in an ascending order.

Basalirwa also asked the newly elected MP to tell court her scores per subjects she did at all levels of her education.

She was asked to define a map, pollination, crop rotation and characteristics of an insect, among others.

Namujju failed to answer the entire question throwing the fully parked court into a hearty laughter.

Sserwanga petitioned court challenging Namujju's election as an MP on grounds that she lacked the minimum academic requirements to contest in the February 18 elections.
