Those who think lying is cheap and easy should examine this MP- elect's case. If this argument is correctly captured (quoted) it would imply that Ms. Ssekindi her O-Level exams  (1988) before her PLE which she sat in 1994, some 6 years after leaving O-Level. Okay, it might be necessary to get help even in lying!.
