{UAH} Disruptive Technology - the spectre of Africans Ignorance aka (AI)

Remember you town infrastructure?!

There is disruptive technology and now a circular economy which is vigorously being promoted in the European Union. Indeed, countries like Germany, Norway, and Denmark have reduced dependency on fossil fuels and investing heavily in renewable energy.  Targets are set to replace gas with electric vehicles. France decreed rooftops to either be covered in vegetation or solar panels.

  

Does the above herald a total you turn to the old industrial structures?

How is society set to reorganise?
