{UAH} Generating Redudancy

 

If you study the work of our government - the conditions where state agencies are in semi -independence, that very condition works to generate a rare type of corruption.

Right now, we've too many ministries and agencies duplicating work, some with absolutely nothing to do - an example is Ministry of Works and Transport- can't even design government building donated by China, or roads planned designed and built by whatever company is smart enough to put together a group of professionals.

NEMA and Forest Authority on issues of forest ecology conservation, YET we have simiral departments in the Ministry of Environment!

KCCA and Kampala Ministry yet we have Ministry of Urban Development and Physical Planning Department which are almost redundant!

You can go on dissecting these agencies and one wonders what is all behind these dysfuctional super structures!
