{UAH} Government purchases collapsing school at Shs300 million

Colleagues, this is another "air-deal transaction." Surely,  if NRM plans to take Uganda to the next level of development, it can only do so by overhauling its workforce at various levels of governance.

As this school saga demonstrates, there was collusion involving all stakeholders: proprietors,  ministries of education, finance and local government; politicians and parents. 

If President Museveni wants to at least show seriousness, let him show it by ordering the immediate investigation of this scum that saw government lose millions of shillings; which also forced partners in development to withhold their support. This is where action is needed, now.
